This happened as a result of a tyre burst.
Spokesperson for Mpumalanga Department of Community Safety Security and Liaison Moeti Mmusi says seven occupants who were sitting at the back were flung from the bakkie.

Three died at the scene while the other four were injured. The bakkie was travelling towards Montrose.
