Community Safety MEC and Nkomazi mayor to meet with community to talk about crime
Mpumalanga Community Safety, Security and Liaison MEC Jackie Macie and Nkomazi Local Municipality Executive Mayor Phindile Magagula will tomorrow (12 June) meet with stakeholders and the community of Nkomazi to establish strategies to fight crime.
Border crimes such as car hijackings, stock theft and human trafficking is prevalent in the area.
The engagement, which will take place at 10:00 at the Dludluma Community Hall, will provide a platform for stakeholders to come up with permanent strategies to end border crimes and crime in general in the area.
