Mahindra owners to be treated at M-Care CareFest in Nelspruit

Mahindra celebrates its fast-growing customer base with a 20% discount on service parts and free safety inspection at all dealers. The Mahindra CareFest is back with a new name, but with the same great benefits for Mahindra owners.

Repackaged as M-Care CareFest 2023, this service campaign was created on a global level to reward loyal customers and thank them for their patronage.

The inaugural Care Fest was held in 2021 in step with other Mahindra regions, celebrating the service festival together.

“In South Africa, the M-Care CareFest will run for the whole month of February at Mahindra dealers across the country,” says Rajesh Gupta, CEO of Mahindra South Africa. “Mahindra’s head office will support dealers with additional support and training to offer vehicle inspections and the best possible service support.

“The Mahindra M-Care CareFest service celebration is an annual initiative by the Mahindra’s technical support team, born at its head office in India and stretching around the globe to every continent, country, and dealership,” he says.

This year, it returns on its own dates with a Mzansi-only name to a country with a customer base that has increased significantly from the previous Fest. Indeed, Mahindra was identified as the fastest-growing vehicle brand in South Africa in 2022 with average sales of more than 1 000 units a month.

“Mahindra owners can drop by their local Mahindra dealer and while enjoying refreshments and a chat with staff, the dealer’s technical team will do a complementary 30-point check-up of various safety, wear-and-tear and mechanical items,” says Rajesh.

For 2023, the M-Care CareFest adds an additional 20% discount on all service parts to all vehicles serviced during the month of February.

“We will be celebrating the M-Care Fest right through February, but Saturday 11 February will be a special day for our customers,” says Cas Kolbe, dealer principal of Mahindra Nelspruit. “There will be food stalls selling chicken, chips, macaroons and other tasty bits. There will also be lucky draws with great prizes for car enthusiasts from 9:00 to 12:00.”

He says the 20 first customers to join the festivities on Saturday will receive a free foodstall voucher.

“Owners can contact Mahindra Nelspruit to book the free inspection on 013 755 5024, or do it via the Mzansi Mahindra smartphone app,” says Kolbe

Mahindra is also inviting customers to contact them directly. In a recent campaign – called Reach Out to Us – Mahindra launched a dedicated, AI-enabled and call centre supported WhatsApp number. Customers can send a WhatsApp to the Mahindra head office number at 012 661 3161 and follow the prompts to get more information, speak to a Mahindra specialist, or join the M- Care activities.
